Northern Lights

“Multi-platform” is today’s media buzzword.  Computer games spawn feature films.  TV programmes launch music careers. Social networks form the new hubs for boutique video content.  Would you like to become one of the country’s brightest new multi-platform producers working across all these genres and channels?

Northern Lights is an innovative multi-platform media production course which the green field ran twice in 2009 on behalf of Vision and Media. In 2009 thirty two graduates and new entrants to the sector gained specialist training in one of four media disciplines, TV, Radio, Gaming and Digital Interactive on a paid placement with one of the region’s top media companies.  We are pleased to be able to announce that a third round has been commissioned by Vision and Media for November 2010 and we will be announcing the application procedure shortly.
