And so, after 3 weeks on the Northern Lights training scheme, I have come to realise that my degree is merely pulp and I am learning more now than I ever did at uni.

Academics have found that overall, a fifth of graduates are not in ‘graduate-level jobs’ three and a half years after finishing their studies.
